We needed to sell our parents “forever home”

After both parents passed away, my sister and I needed to clear out the family home they had lived in for over 40 years. We knew Stephanie both as a licensed agent and real estate investor. We knew listing the home was an option, but we didn’t want to deal with the time waiting for an offer, inspection repairs when we felt the home was perfect, and then the mortgage process.
